May 25, 2018
Occasional sadness should pass in a short time. Talk to a friend or family member, and spend time with friends or family, doing things that usually bring happiness.
Seek emergency help if:
- Thinking about suicide
- Attempted suicide
Make an appointment to see a doctor if:
- Persistent
- Frequent crying
- Loss of interest in activities once enjoyed
- Extreme fatigue
- Changes in appetite or sleeping patterns
