Roasted red pepper hummus

Hummus is great as a spread for wraps and sandwiches. It can be kept in the fridge for up to one week.

Serves 16

Hummus can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.


In a food processor, process all ingredients until smooth.


  • 2 cups canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup roasted red bell pepper, slices, seeded
  • 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
